Winemaking Method


This domaine is purely traditional. The grape harvest is manually made. The wine-press is wooden made (American wooden type press). The asks are enamelled cement made. From the vines to the glass, stricts controls are made to obtain a faultless qualiy.

We chose the reasoned cultivation method in the vines which very frequently accomodate many ladybirds, a sign of a healthy environment
